The 2008 Syrah O.G.T. (100% Syrah from the Colson Canyon (50%), Thompson (25%), and Tierra Alta (25%) vineyards) exhibits a more Asian spice-like character with hints of soy, camphor, acacia flowers, blackberries, and blueberries. A wine of great intensity, full-bodied power, tremendous purity and depth, it is another tour de force from Joey Tensley.

Amazing aromas of pure, ripe blackberry, anise and flowers lead to subtle earthy mineral flavors. Brims with fruit on the palate, where this is rich, fleshy, full-bodied and elegant, with a long, lingering finish.
