Limpid yellow. A complex, expansive bouquet evokes fresh pear and melon, pungent flowers, iodine and smoky minerals. Chewy and broad on entry, then more taut in the midpalate, offering intense, smoke-tinged citrus and orchard fruit flavors with honeysuckle, bitter quinine and toasty lees nuances. Delivers a solid punch but comes off lithe, displaying strong closing grip and resonating mineral and floral notes.
