Tactile and vibrant in the mouth, with superb intensity and density to its flavors of citrus fruit, apple and crushed stone. The finishing flavors of dusty stone and citrus peel saturate the palate. - Vibrant aromas of lime skin, spearmint and peppermint. Firmly built and penetrating, with sound acidity giving the wine a sappy freshness. Less broad than the Ruchottes but structured, delineated and long on the palate. Still rather tightly wrapped and in need of bottle aging.
