- The 2008 Vosne-Romanee Les Chaumes hovers on the palate with a strikingly beautiful expression of subtle, fragrant fruit. The wine acquires darker, burnished tones in the glass. Jerome Chezeaux says the Chaumes has only begun to drink well within the last month or so. If that is the case, this wine has a very bright future. I loved it. Anticipated maturity: 2018-2028.
