The 2006 Cervaro della Sala (Chardonnay, Grechetto) offers up an enticing array of smoke, honey, apricots, peaches, smoke and French oak. Despite the wine’s big, generous personality, this is a sweet, layered Cervaro imbued with notable clarity and precision.
