The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Majesty is primarily from an Oakville Vineyard, with a small amount coming from Calistoga. A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, it exhibits a dense purple color as well as notes of graphite, licorice, spice box, and moderate oak. This primary, unevolved 2007 has a lot of upside potential, but it needs 4-5 years of cellaring, and should last for 15-20.
