The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard exhibits an opaque ruby/purple color as well as a glorious nose of blackberries, creme de cassis, licorice, gun flint and a touch of acacia flowers. Rich with nicely integrated oak, plenty of structure and tannin, much of which is concealed by the extravagant fruit quality, this beauty should age handsomely for 10-15+ years.
