The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Private Reserve, a blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot and 3% Malbec, is medium to deep garnet-purple in color with a lovely savory and floral nose with crème de cassis and plum preserves intermingled with violets, cigar box, Chinese five spice and smoked meats. Plush and velvety in the medium to full-bodied mouth with loads of spicy and savory flavor layers and black fruit preserves at the core, it finishes long and perfumed.
