The 2012 Cabernet Franc Big Rock Block has a beautiful nose of plum sauce, blueberry and black currant fruit, a dark ruby color, foresty, slightly herbal, medium-bodied flavors, light tannin, and a good, spicy finish. It’s not going to make anyone forget some of Napa’s most exquisite Cabernet Francs, but it is a good effort. Drink it over the next decade.
