- The 2009 Chateauneuf du Pape Domaine Barville is a blend of 75% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre. Spicy with lots of pepper, lavender, black cherry, blackberry and earthy characteristics, it possesses impressive purity, depth and richness. It may turn out to be as good as their wonderful 2007.
