- My favorite of Bethel Heights`s 2000 Pinot Noirs is the medium to dark ruby-colored Flat Block Reserve. Its spicy, blackberry-scented nose leads to an elegant yet powerful medium to full-bodied personality. Ginger, cinnamon, black cherries, blackberries, and spices are found in its deep, lush character as well as in its long, pure finish. Drink it between 2003 and 2010.
