The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Perseid is silky, polished and beautiful from the very first taste. Sweet red berries, crushed flowers, spices and mint are all beautifully layered in this utterly impeccable, gracious wine. Sweet floral notes add lift and a measure of finesse on the finish. The 2009 Perseid is just as striking today as it was last year. I loved it. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2025.
