- The 2014 Hommage A Nos Pairs Reserve is a blend of 95% Syrah, 3% Grenache and 2% Viognier, all co-fermented. It opens with a deep garnet-purple color and a fragrant nose of blueberries, warm black plums and blackberry compote with hints of dark chocolate, pepper, fragrant earth and cinnamon stick. Full-bodied, concentrated and with a finely played, rounded tannic structure, it has tons of freshness and great length.
