The estate’s top offering, the 2002 Zinfandel Estate Reserve, a selection of the finest lots, is full-bodied, revealing raspberry and currant fruit along with good body and power, but never losing its elegance, delineation, or purity. This big, impeccably well-balanced Zinfandel is meant to withstand a decade or more of cellaring. Kudos to Jerry Seps, who began his wine career working for Joel Peterson and Joe Swan, two legendary northern California Zinfandel producers.
