This limited-release Pinot Noir is crafted from a selection of ten different clones, showcasing meticulous sorting and aging in 65% new French oak, which contributes to its structure and longevity. The wine presents a rich and concentrated profile, with enticing aromas of black raspberry, crushed violets, and spice, alongside a robust palate featuring black cherry, cedar, and herbal nuances. It is marked by firm tannins and vibrant acidity, delivering a powerful yet refined finish with hints of sandalwood and mineral notes.
