The 2013 Pinot Noir Londer Vineyard, from another site in Anderson Valley, shows more of the Côte de Beaune-like strawberry, baking spice and loamy, earthy notes. This also comes from Dijon clone 667, 777 and 115, but there are also additional clones, such as the Joseph Swan and Calera selections. This is the last vintage of this, since the vineyard was purchased by Kendall-Jackson. But this wine, aged 15 months in 40% new French oak is delicious, sexy and well-made. Like all of the other Pinot Noirs, it’s 100% destemmed.
