The 2013 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos has a sedate, well-defined bouquet that opens up gradually in the glass. It is well integrated with the oak and offers attractive nutty scents after 2 or 3 minutes. The palate is fresh and crisp with fine acidity, very saline at the back of the mouth that leaves you wanting more, although as I remarked last year, I would have preferred more length and persistence.
