- Delicate notes of botrytis are intermingled with candied apples as well as hints of caramel in the nose of the 2003 Riesling Beerenauslese Graacher Domprobst. An intense wine of massive concentration and density, it reveals jellied flavors of red fruits, slate, and gold raisins. Extremely well-focused, it also displays a long, flavor-packed finish. Anticipated maturity: 2007-2035. Bravo to Willi Schaefer for having crafted such beauties!
