- The estate’s 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is another attractive, fleshy wine. It has a little more depth than the straight Cabernet bottling but it isn’t meaningfully more complex. Layers of spice-infused red berries wrap around the plush, inviting finish. This, too, should drink well pretty much upon release. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2024.
