The 2012 Tsundere is all estate fruit and is made from 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Tannat, 13% Grenache and the rest Syrah. Full-bodied, concentrated and yet polished and seamless (which is surprising given the large percentage of Tannat), it reveals loads of complexity in its rose petal, spice, spring flowers, chocolate and exotic red and black fruits. It`s drinking nicely as well, but I can`t imagine it not evolve nicely for at least another decade.
