- The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Tamara Vineyard is a vibrant, energetic wine. Dark plums, black cherries, mint, cassis and graphite are some of the many notes that flow from the glass in this gorgeous 2009. Today the wine is quite young, but give it a few years. This is a fabulous showing. Stylistically, it is more reserved than the 2008, which comes across as sweeter and riper. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2024.
