- The 2007 Barolo Bricat is tighter and more focused than the 2007 Gramolere. Sweet dark cherries, menthol, licorice and spices are some of the notes that take shape in the glass. The vineyard`s high altitude seems to have helped preserve a measure of freshness and vibrancy. The firm tannins could use another few years to soften. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2025.
