- A blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Franc and the rest Merlot and Petit Verdot, the 2010 Proprietary Red Symmetry (15.5% natural alcohol) boasts an inky/purple color along with copious notes of graphite, charcoal, creme de cassis and blackberries. This voluptuously textured, rich, full-bodied wine reveals sweet tannin, outstanding concentration and a long, heady finish. Enjoy this beauty over the next 10-15 years.
