Fairchild sources its Cabernet Sauvignon from two highly acclaimed California vineyards: Beckstoffer Georges III and Sigaro. Home to the Fairchild Sigaro Cabernet Saugvinon, the Sigaro vineyard sits on the south-facing slopes of Lake Hennessey producing full-bodied, structured wine. Notable for producing world-class wines, Beckstoffer Georges III vineyard is home to Fairchild G·III Cabernet Sauvignon, well-structured wine with proven aging potential.

- The extraordinary 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Stones No. 1 comes from another Beckstoffer Vineyard, Las Piedras in St. Helena. It is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from what is called clone 4. Loads of graphite, crushed rock, tobacco leaf, scorched earth, blackberry and blueberry fruit soar from the glass of this fat, opulent, decadently intense wine, which has low acidity, tremendous purity, and hedonistic appeal. Drink it over the next 20 years.
