- WA92–94
- A little bit darker than the 2009, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Perseid shares that wine’s total silkiness and textural polish. Blackberries, menthol, licorice and sweet spices are all layered into the saline-infused finish. Today, the 2010 is a bit lighter than the 2009. It will be interesting to see if the wine fleshes out. Still, there is plenty of underlying structure, not to mention beauty, in the glass. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2025.
