- Bought by Christian Moreau's great-great-grandfather at the Hospices de Chablis in 1904, this parcel lies within the Grand Cru of Les Clos. It's a superrich Chablis of great density and concentration. Spice, apricots and intense citrus provide the hallmarks of a wine for long aging. Drink from 2019. Cellar Selection.

- Though rich and densely textured, this lemon-, melon- and spice-flavored white has a spine of vibrant acidity. Deceptively balanced, this seems approachable now but should develop well over the next decade. Best from 2016 through 2026.
