The primordial, broodingly backward 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon will benefit from 4-5 more years of bottle age. Lots of blackberries, barbecue spice, licorice and creosote characteristics along with serious tannins are present in this big, brooding Cabernet that will be somewhat controversial. Forget it for five years and drink it over the following 15+ years.
