Since their first vintage in 2005, Russell Bevan and Victoria de Crescenzo have made sure that the focus of Bevan Cellars is on the vineyards that they source their fruit from. The couple owns a 2-acre vineyard in Bennett Valley as well as procures grapes from Showket, Sugarloaf, Kick Ranch and other vineyards in the Napa and Sonoma counties. In regards to the winemaking approach, Bevan Cellars centers themselves on managing tannins, which results in wines that are decadent yet polished and perfect for your cellar.

Along with the huge body, it offers an exuberant, expressive mouthfeel, loads of glycerin and sweet tannin. This killer effort should drink well for 16-25 years.
