The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon from Perdriel feels very classical and aromatic with notes of paprika, brick dust, and a leafy sensation with elegance and complexity. The medium-bodied palate is very elegant, with great balance, purity of flavors and freshness, with fully-resolved tannins and a very good length. With time it shows fresh aromas and flavors of raspberry and red currants. A superb Cabernet! This is great value given the quality and the vintage. Drink now-2020.
