Straw-yellow. Discreet aromas of lime, lemon, crushed rock and lavender. Very dry, even austere, in the mouth, with a distinctly savory quality to the reticent flavors of white peach, mint and minerals. Not at all inviting or open to inspection today, as its fruit is hiding in the deep background. But this has the stony extract to reward five years of aging.
