Ink, licorice, and expressive black fruits are found in the aromatics of the outstanding 2002 Nuits-St.-Georges Aux Perdrix. Pure and medium to full-bodied, it displays a sumptuous panoply of candied plums, cassis liqueur, and black cherries in its powerful, deep character. This well-balanced wine has a stunning finish that’s crammed with fruit. It is suave, and extremely long. Range: 91-93

WS92

Gorgeous black cherry and spice aromas and flavors are very pure, deep and dark. Despite its modern cast, it still evokes terroir, offering mineral and iodine notes in the background. Excellent length and energy.
