Weingut Forstmeister Geltz-Zilliken is situated in the Saar valley sub-region of Mosel, Germany. The estate is exclusively planted to Riesling, from which it creates its extensive portfolio of dry Riesling wines alongside the more well-known sweet counterparts of Auslese, Trockenbeerenauslese and Eiswein.

- Candied apples, poached pears, and white flowers are found in the aromatic profile of the medium-bodied 2002 Riesling Auslese Saarburger Rausch. This pretty, pure, well-focused, yet rich and deep wine reveals loads of slate-laced white fruits in its complex, silky-textured personality. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2026.
