Raymond Twomey Duncan and Justin Meyer began what came to be Silver Oak Cellars in their Napa Valley dairy barn in 1972. The winery focuses on expressing Cabernet Sauvignon through two different AVAs: Napa Valley and Alexander Valley. With state of the art technology, including modified berry sensory analysis during harvest and a contemporary approach to oak aging, Silver Oak is continually evolving. The wines are among the most widely collected and poured in the US, helping the brand to attract vast numbers of devout consumers over the decades.
