They emigrated from Europe to the United States after World War II and settled in Willamette Valley, Oregon. That is where they became beloved professors and scientific researchers at Oregon State University. 00 Wines is a global luxury wine house specializing in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir bottlings from Burgundy, Champagne, and Willamette Valley, Oregon. Today, their curious nature and unwavering precision are infused into the philosophy of 00 Wines by their son, Chris.

This Chardonnay exhibits a bright and open nose with captivating notes of saline, lemon pith, and orange blossom, complemented by hints of Greek yogurt and honey toast. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and showcases tangy citrus flavors, enhanced by a refreshing salinity and toasty nuances. The mouthfeel is lively, supported by mouthwatering acidity and a pleasant phenolic texture, leading to a vibrant finish. A blend of grapes from the Bunker Hill and Black Walnut vineyards, aged in 50% new Damy puncheons.
