Nestled in the heart of St. Helena, Seavey Vineyard is one of the most traditional wineries focusing on historic winemaking techniques rather than modern trends. William and Mary Seavey purchased the historic estate of Seavey Vineyard in 1979 which was originally founded by the Franco-Swiss Farming Company in 1881. They began making wines from vines that were planted almost a century before knowing that the land was groomed to grow world-class Cabernet Sauvignon, along with high-quality Petit Verdot and Chardonnay.

Today, under the management of their children, the estate runs with the same devoted values even maintaining an inventory of every vintage of their Cabernet Sauvignon in their Seavey Vineyard Wine Library.
