Kongsgaard Fimasaurus 2009 is a limited-production red wine from Napa Valley, predominantly a Cabernet Sauvignon blend with Merlot and Cabernet Franc. This wine undergoes wild-yeast fermentation and is aged for around 20 months in French oak before being bottled unfiltered. The 2009 vintage presents a complex profile featuring notes of cassis, black cherry, and violet, complemented by hints of graphite and savory spice.
