The Allegrini Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2018 is a striking red wine emblematic of the Valpolicella region, crafted from traditional varietals like Corvina and Corvinone, along with a touch of Oseleta. With grapes air-dried for approximately 100 days, this wine showcases a bold profile characterized by ripe fruit aromas of plum, blackberry, blackcurrant, and cherry, complemented by hints of oak, cocoa, and spices. The palate is silky and well-structured, with a balance of acidity and grippy tannins that enhance its lingering finish.
