The Sine Qua Non Syrah Eleven Confessions Vineyard 2019 is a highly sought-after wine from California's Sta. Rita Hills, crafted by renowned winemakers Manfred and Elaine Krankl. This full-bodied Syrah, predominantly made from 82% Syrah, along with Grenache, Petite Sirah, and splashes of Viognier, showcases deep garnet-black hues. The wine offers a complex array of flavors, including plum preserves, blueberry pie, dark chocolate, and exotic spices, all elevated by vibrant acidity. Its rich, velvety texture is supported by fine-grained tannins, imparting a remarkable balance of power and freshness. With careful aging in mostly new French oak for 39 months, this wine promises longevity and a captivating experience. Total production was limited to 968 cases and 240 magnums.
