Melka
Founded by Philippe and Cherie Melka in 1996, Melka Estates crafts limited production single vineyard wines from Napa Valley, Knights Valley and Bordeaux, as well as a more widely available CJ Cabernet sauvignon blend. The Montbleau Vineyard and Melka Winery are situated on the eleven acre estate located in the St. Helena appellation. The beautiful hillside vineyard yields approximately 125 cases of exquisite high end Cabernet sauvignon.

With an alcohol content around 14.5%, this wine pairs beautifully with lamb or duck, embodying a Franco-Californian interpretation of classic Bordeaux.
