Crafted by winemaker Peter Heitz, this limited production wine is aged for approximately 20 months in mostly new French oak. It features a rich profile with dark, ripe fruits such as plum and dark cherry, complemented by notes of baking spice, dried herbs, and a hint of lavender. The wine is full-bodied with silky tannins, good acidity, and a balanced finish. With its depth and complexity, it is designed for aging, promising to evolve beautifully over the next two decades.
