Dr. Georges Mugneret, an Ophthalmologist by trade brought the same exacting perfectionism to his winery that he brought to eye surgery. Though he passed away in 1988 his spirit permeates. His daughters are now in charge of the Domaine and produce beautiful wine with the same exacting standards.
