Robert Chevillon

The Chevillon family has been producing truly terrific Red Burgundy for four generations. Robert Chevillon’s sons Denis and Bertrand, the current generation, place great emphasis on the handcrafted nature of the Chevillon wines. They prune early and often, and have a green harvest in July to control yields. Harvesting is done by hand as is sorting and anything that isn’t up to the Chevillon’s exacting standard is eliminated.
