The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon Tomahawk Vineyard is a bigger, richer wine than the straight Cabernet Sauvignon, but it isn’t as materially better or more complex as the price difference suggests it might be. Firm, yet well-integrated tannins support a core of dark red fruit, flowers, mint and licorice in this bold, structured Cabernet Sauvignon. Anticipated maturity: 2013-2023.
