The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon offers sumptuously sweet black and blue fruits along with notions of licorice, charcoal, and incense in an elegant, full-bodied, beautifully textured style. A terrific mid-palate, sweet tannins, and a long, pure finish suggest this beauty will drink well for 15+ years. Range: 91-93

Firm and intense, this is marked by loamy earth, dried currant, berry pie, black licorice and roasted herb flavors, providing a complex range of flavors that are reined in and end with drying tannins. Needs time. Best from 2012 through 2022.
